The lectures oriented mathematically aligned student to understand the basics and some of the exciting, far-reaching consequences of quantum computing. No formal background in quantum physics was required for this series, though a self-initiation proved to be helpful. The course was most useful for students in their F.Sc/A’levels and students of physical sciences and engineering who were interested to learn more about quantum computers. The lectures were delivered by Dr Muhammad Sabieh Anwar (D. Phil in Quantum Computing, University of Oxford; Professor of Physics, LUMS; and General Secretary, KSS).
